Terms of Service

1. Who may use Nemo

You must be at least 13 years old. If you use Nemo for a company, you confirm that you may bind it to these terms, and "you" includes the company.

2. What Nemo is

Nemo is an AI assistant. It reads what you share with it and the apps you connect, answers questions, drafts messages and documents, makes images and videos, runs code in a sandbox, and carries out routines you schedule. It acts under your accounts and with your permissions, and it only does what you asked for or set up.

Anything Nemo sends to other people (email, posts, messages) is drafted for you to review and approve first. The exception is a routine you create to run on a schedule: it sends what you told it to, when you told it to, and you are responsible for what you set up.

3. Your account and connected apps

• Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Connect only accounts you are entitled to use. Connecting a Google service is also subject to Google's terms and privacy policy, and you can revoke Nemo's access at any time.
• A personal agent or team member you give access to a connected account acts with that access; manage it in Wiki → Apps.
• We may disconnect an app or suspend an account to protect the service, other users or the providers we depend on.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Nemo to:

• break the law, infringe someone's rights, or harass, threaten or deceive people;
• send unsolicited bulk messages, or messages that misrepresent who you are;
• scrape, harvest or resell data from Nemo or from the services it connects to;
• probe, overload or circumvent the service's security or its limits, or reverse-engineer it;
• generate content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, or material that promotes violence or self-harm.

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

5. AI output

Nemo's answers are generated by AI models and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything you rely on, especially before sending it to someone else or acting on it. Nemo is not a lawyer, doctor or financial adviser, and its answers, including prices and market data, are not professional or investment advice.

You decide what Nemo sends and does. We are not responsible for the consequences of messages, posts, documents, calendar changes or other actions you approved or scheduled.

6. Plans, credits and payment

Some features use credits, which come with a plan or are bought on their own. Prices are shown before you pay, and payments are processed by Stripe under its terms. Credits are not transferable and are not refundable once used; where the law gives you a right to a refund, it applies. We may change plans and prices with notice; a change does not affect credits you have already paid for.

7. Your content and ours

You own what you give Nemo and what it makes for you. You give us the permission we need to store, process and send it in order to provide the service, and nothing more; we do not use it to train AI models (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for having the right to share what you give Nemo.

Nemo itself, its software, design and brand, belong to ASI Labs and its licensors. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

8. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we discontinue the service, with notice where we reasonably can. Sections 5, 7, 9 and 10 survive the end of the agreement.

9. Disclaimers and limits on liability

Nemo is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of Nemo or from anything it does under your accounts. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

If you use Nemo for a business, you will indemnify ASI Labs against claims by third parties that arise from your use of the service or your breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are resolved in the courts of Singapore.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version is posted here with a new effective date, and for material changes we tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Using Nemo after that date means you accept the new terms.
